SERIES OVERVIEW

The first letter of Paul’s to Timothy was a general issue of orders from a superior officer to a beloved junior officer, so beloved as a father and son are to each other. But this letter is different. It is the final will and testament of the martyr-maker who himself was about to become a martyr. Paul uses his last breath, his last piece of paper, and his last dab of ink, to write to one person and proclaim one thing: Jesus.
