PRAY FOR FULL PROVISION

“Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit. I have received full payment, and more. I am well supplied, having received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent, a fragrant offering, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God. And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.” — Philippians 4:17-20

By God’s grace, we are a well supplied church. There have been many seasons where we would end the year behind budget. This year, however, we rejoice to say we are entering December ahead of budget. While there are line items in our budget we’d love to increase, we are in a season where we’ve been able to save. We are overjoyed by the Lord’s provision. This means, we have a unique opportunity to put aside all of our year-end giving towards a downpayment on a future church home.

Prayer

It is your mission we are on, O Lord. It is your ways that we seek. May your goodness and grace provide for our every need. It is your cause we proclaim, your name tell, and your glory we seek. We thank you for the abundance of provision we have received from you this year. Grant us, your servants, continual favor as we delight in your ways. May you continue to grant us your provision, for it is you who supply all our needs.
