The Well Community Church has been invited to serve alongside our friends at Northeast Baptist Church for a service opportunity at Strong Foundation Ministries. We’re going to be serving families in downtown San Antonio.

Strong Foundation Ministries exist to glorify God in everything they do by supporting homeless families. They aim to help further the education of the families they work with, help them secure employment, teach them to manage money, and take steps to overcome past hurts and challenges.

Here’s the request: Providing childcare. Volunteers are asked to please bring food items such as bananas, cereal bars, single-serve applesauce or yogurt, granola bars, etc., to help feed the children while we are outside. Children are welcome but do not qualify as volunteers.
