 At the heart of this letter to the Galatians is an unapologetic declaration that there is no other gospel (Gal. 1:6–9). The good news of salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, is not one of many paths—it is the only path. To distort the gospel is to sever oneself from the grace of God (Gal. 5:4). This is why Galatians opens not with a gentle greeting, but with a spiritual alarm bell. Paul marvels that the Galatians are “so quickly deserting” the one who called them in grace for a different gospel—which, he says, is no gospel at all.

The message of Galatians is clear: there is only one gospel, and it is the power of God for salvation. To abandon it is to lose everything, yet to cling to it is to find true freedom, life, and joy. Join us over the course of the next 13 weeks as we walk through the book of Galatians.
